BECOME AN IMAGINEER - COMING IN MAY 2024
You have the power to be the hero in yours.
My mission is to craft stories that teach self-reliance and how to tap into your own super powers. No matter where you come from, or how hard your circumstances have been - you have the power to be the hero in your story.
You get to write it anyway you want.
There‘s never been a more important time on our planet than to remember no matter what’s happening in our external world, if you can imagine a better one, and use your unique gifts for the collective good - humanity has a fighting chance.
I remember the exact moment I decided I wanted to write novels. I was seven years old, with a copy of CHAROLETTE'S WEB in hand out in the Connecticut woods. Wilber and the whole cast of characters took me to another world - and I thought -one day, I want to do this. Transport readers from the ordinary into the extraordinary.
Give me anything to read or watch that transforms regular reality with speculative imaginative elements and I'm hooked. Add a slow burn or forbidden love romance and I'll skip sleep. I marvel at monsters and mythical creatures, and I'm addicted to high stakes thrillers with characters who haunt my dreams and I ache for after I've written or read THE END of a beloved novel or Netflix/Amazon series I've binged.
This is Ezra-my one and only kid- they dazzle me daily as a proficient illustrator, their compassion and attention to current events. Ezra is getting a psychology degree so they can help others to feel comfortable with their personal challenges.
As an author, Mom and young-adult champion, I wanted to create a hub for young innovators to provide support and inspiration via compelling content. With a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence, I'm dedicated to delivering quality stories and assist our youth during these turbulent times.
.
Not only have I been writing for teens for twenty years, but I was a teacher and a nanny for a very long time and found myself coaching hundreds of my students who needed someone to listen, really get on their level who cared about their feelings and could do it from an objective perspective.
This is Megan. I was her nanny for 4 years and I'm thrilled to still have a connection with her today.
I'm so proud of the lovely young lady she's become.
I don't write YA stories to simply entertain, I do it to ignite a fire within my readers - a fire that reveals the power they have and encourage them to use their unique gifts to contribute to make our world
a better place.
As much as I'm focused on young-adults, I believe parents need the same level of support. If you're finding it hard to relate to your teen, talk to them, and have a balanced relationship, I can provide one-on-one coaching to give you a safe space to vent and find solutions to enable you to champion your kid through life challenges so they can navigate it with confidence.
I constantly hear parents discussing how much trouble they're having connecting with their teenagers - and as someone who has taught in a formal setting, informal and has championed my own, there are specific ways to help guide your teen while cultivating a trusting and healthy bond that will last a lifetime.
This video gives you a little background as to why I've chosen to write and champion young adults.
Do you have a dream?
If you're 16+ I want to coach you on your path to bring balance in your day to day life so you can offer your unique gift to the world.
